A broken Heart

Play to hear in the writer's voice
The woes of an abandoned home
With time it gathers dust,
Over time it houses spiders,
Over time it's decorated with cobwebs,
Over time it grows cracks,
Over time it houses hissing snakes and hissing faucets,
And by dusk it houses squeaking bats,
By midnight it grows cracks and pungent smells,
By Dawn it's on it's knees or dead buried in memory,
By noon on these grounds sprouts another home.
So please with these pieces of your heart allow me to build my self a home,
A home I'll never leave empty,
A home I'll always warm with your smiles,
And please let me enjoy the dimples of your blushing shy heart.
